"Sent For You" Feature
Our goal is to make things simple.
At Sent-Well we believe that if you are on our site, you are looking for convenience. Sending cards should be simple. Life is already complicated. Your experience at Sent-Well should be stress free. There is no database to pre-load, and no membership fee to use our service. Just choose a card.
When purchasing cards, you have the option to have Sent-Well send them for you. We will write your personal handwritten message, address and send your card.
Purchase Options:
There are 2 options when purchasing cards. These options include your shipping costs:

- No Thanks, (I’ll Send)
SENT FOR YOU – We will stamp & send the cards for you, with your personal handwritten message inside.
Choose "Yes Please (First Class Mail) +$1.50" for cards being sent domestically, or to any Military Base.
Choose "Yes Please (International) +$2.00" for cards being sent internationally.
Choose "Yes Please (Priority Mail) +$5.95" for cards that require faster delivery, in the United States.
NO THANKS, (I’ll Send) – Cards will be sent to you, so that you may sign and send them yourself.
Choose "No Thanks, I’ll send (Domestic) +$0.75" for cards being sent anywhere in the United States.
Choose "No Thanks, I’ll send (International) +$1.25" for cards being sent outside of the United States.
How it works:
Simply click on the "Sent For You" dropdown and choose "Yes Please" to have us send it for you. There are a few fields to fill out: Recipient, Recipient’s Address, and Personal Message. Choose the handwriting style for your personal message. Choose either Block Printing, or Script Handwriting (see Handwriting Samples below). Finally, choose your Occasion Date (not the mailing date – we will take care of that for you). Please spell-check your message – we will write it in the card exactly as it appears on your order. Also, we do ask that you do not use obscenities.
To sign & send cards yourself, choose "No Thanks, I’ll send". We will ship the cards directly to you.
Annual Reminder - You will also be asked if we should remind you of this occasion. You can add any other important dates you’d like us to remember for you. We will send you a reminder 15 days prior to your occasion date, so that you may choose a card. Please note, we do require 5 days from order date, so that we may get your card to the recipient in time for your occasion.

Calendar Feature – We remember so you don’t have to
The Calendar Feature is unique at Sent-Well – you do not have to "join," pay a fee, or set up a database in order to use it. At Sent-well we believe that if you are on our site, you are looking for convenience. Sending cards should be simple. Life is already complicated. Our goal is to make your experience at Sent-Well stress free.
How It Works:
When you click on "Calendar" in the menu bar, you will be taken to a calendar. You will notice that the calendar is pre-loaded with numerous holidays, to make things easier for you.
Fill out the occasion type, who the card will be for, and the occasion date.
Provide your name and e-mail, so that we can remind you as your important dates approach. We will e-mail you 15 days prior to the occasion, so that you may choose a card. Please note, we do require 5 days from order date, so that we may get your card to the recipient in time for your occasion. (We also offer Priority Mail if you need the card to arrive faster.)
For Our Troops:
If you are a member of the military, we'd like to thank you for all you do by offering a 15% discount on orders. Please e-mail us at orders@sent-well.com and add "MILITARY" in the subject line of the e-mail. Please provide your military ID info. We will send you back a discount code to be entered at checkout. We hope you will find Sent-Well a great way to keep in touch with friends and family.
Order Transit Time:
Domestic transit time on all "Sent For You" orders is 5 postal mailing days. (in other words, do not count Sundays) Your card should take no more than 3-4 days to reach anywhere in the US, but we like to allow a little "wiggle room" if you will, in case of bad weather. We do also offer Priority Mail if you need the card to arrive faster. Priority Mail fees apply.
Cards going to military bases get domestic shipping postage. Transit times will vary based on military delivery schedules.
International transit time on all "Sent For You" orders can vary from 3 – 10 days. Please allow extra time for transit when placing your order.
Checking on your order:
Simply login in to "My Account" where you can review and track your order. Additionally, upon checkout, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order. Upon shipping you will also receive an e-mailed shipping confirmation e-mail. Please remember "Sent For You" orders are being sent regular mail.
Returns
We want you to be happy. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Please note: due to the personalized nature of our "Sent For You" service, we cannot accept returns based on customer input errors (e.g., typos, layout).
We do our best to double check our work. However, while we do our best to avoid it, a mistake can occur. In the case of a Sent-Well error, please be assured that we will work to correct the error as quickly as possible and to your full satisfaction. Once you have let us know of our error, we will offer you a full refund, credit towards future purchase or complete exchange with the quickest shipping option possible, and of course, the shipping will be free of charge on the replacement order. If you select a full refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Small Businesses - let us send your cards for you:
We are a small business ourselves, and know the importance of maintaining good relationships with our partners and clients. Let us create and send your cards for the holidays, or any occasion you chose to keep in touch with your clients.
Our designers can create a card for you, using your logo/images. Our minimum order for custom work is 50 cards of the same design. Get in touch with us to discuss your needs and we can talk thru pricing options.
We will print envelopes with all orders free of charge. Your personal message can be printed or handwritten inside.
Artwork approval is required so that we can ensure you are happy before we print your order.

Sent-Well collects personal information when you create an account, use products or services. If additional information is needed to provide those services, Sent-Well will contact you. We will not share your information with outside parties. You may contact us at any time to request that we remove the information from our database.
From time to time, we may e-mail or contact our customers by mail regarding sales and promotions. We try to be respectful, and these promotions happen on a limited basis. If you are not interested in receiving such info from Sent-Well, you can contact us at any time, and we will of course remove you from any such communications in the future. You have the ability to opt in or out on any e-mail sent, by following the instructions provided in the communication.
We do reserve the right to send you certain announcement communications relating to Sent-Well’s service. We do not offer you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving those messages.
Information Usage
We use your personal information for the following general purposes: to fulfill your requests for our products and services, and to contact you.
We use third party personal information you provide to us solely to provide services you specifically request.
We use anonymous information, such as that pertaining to web pages you've viewed, in order to analyze trends, and provide a better website. We do not use this data in a manner that would identify you personally.
Sharing of Your Information:
We do not share your information with third parties other than as described above.

Our Privacy Policy only applies to Sent-Well only, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites which are linked to Sent-Well.
